Awkward

   With the impending snogasm and after working outside all morning, I needed to look at some pictures of better weather and thought some of you might need this, too. This picture was taken off the back deck of a dive bar called either Crazy Harry’s or Crazy Larry’s in Boulder City, Arizona. It is off the beaten path in a trailer court and somewhat difficult to find, but well worth the work. The beer is cheapish, the patrons are friendly, and the back deck has the Arizona Veterans Memorial and a great view of the Colorado River and you can just see a little bit of Laughlin, Nevada.

   I went down to Rockford last Friday with some friends to get the plane tickets for our yearly trip to Vegas, and we will be spending a couple of days in the Laughlin and Boulder City area again. And we will be on this back deck drinking damn cold beer and having a great time and it will make all this working in the cold and snow plowing and crap soooooo worth it.
